Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Operations Head to lead our
Wedding Photography Team. This role demands a deep understanding of the wedding photography workflow, strong operational and team management skills, and the ability to handle multiple high-pressure events with precision and grace. You’ll be the backbone of our team, ensuring every wedding is captured seamlessly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate photographers, editors, and coordinators to deliver exceptional work for each wedding project.
- Planning & Execution: Oversee end-to-end operations—from pre-wedding meetings and shoot planning to post-wedding delivery timelines.
- Scheduling: Coordinate shoot calendars, assign team members based on skillsets and availability, and ensure all events are properly staffed.
- Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients on operational aspects, ensuring their expectations are aligned and met.
- Logistics & Coordination: Handle travel, gear, accommodation, and on-site shoot logistics to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Quality Oversight: Implement quality control checks at every stage—from on-ground coverage to final delivery.
- Workflow Management: Streamline processes for photo curation, editing, data management, and delivery timelines.
- Team Development: Conduct training sessions and provide regular feedback to ensure high performance and creativity.
- Budgeting: Optimize operational costs while maintaining a high standard of service and production.
- Problem Solving: Handle last-minute client changes or team challenges with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
