Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Maritime Operations role located in Singapore. The Maritime Operations role involves overseeing and managing daily activities related to maritime operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing operational efficiency, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Handle the operation of import and export and prepare necessary documents to monitor the goods and ensure the receipt of shipping documents.
处理进口或出口货物的操作并准备必要的文件监控货物并确保收到运输文件。
Responsible for the operation of all parts related to international maritime cargo import and export business, including booking, Loading/delivery arrangement, customs declaration, etc..
负责国际海运货物进出口业务节点的操作，包括订舱、拖车安排、报关等。
Do a good job of tracking the cargo transportation process, follow up the arrival date,picking up date and empty returning date of the container/isotank.
做好货物运输过程中的跟踪，跟进到港、提箱和还箱情况。
Communicate the shipping requirements with customers, warehouses, carriers and customs, Contact with shipping lines/freight forwarders, place booking for isotank or containers, check shipping schedules; Coordinate the delivery/loading plan with the trucking company.
与客户、仓库、承运人和海关沟通运输要求，与航运公司/货运代理联络，预订罐箱/集装箱，检查船期；与运输商协调集装箱卡车运输。
Prepare invoices for customers and verify subcontractor invoices.
为客户准备发票并验证分包商发票。
Ensure that all customs requirements, import and export procedures, international trade and shipping regulations comply with legal regulations.
确保所有海关要求，进出口程序，国际贸易和航运法规符合法律规定。
Use internal systems for data entry.
使用内部系统进行数据输入。
Organize and archive the daily documents
日常单证和文件的整理及归档。

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, Business Administration or related field.
物流、供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
Working experience of maritime operation in the field of freight forwarding.
有货运代理行业的海运操作经验。
In-depth knowledge of marine export, marine import, warehousing and trucking transportation operations.
对海运出口、海运进口、仓储和卡车运输操作有深入的了解。
Skilled in tracking and monitoring tank containers movements.
熟练跟踪和监控罐箱动态。
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate contact and business communication with Mandarin-speaking staff.
英语和普通话(必须）双语，以便与讲普通话的员工联络和商务沟通。
