Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution across departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and support management in planning and execution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and propose effective solutions for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients and vendors for operational coordination when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an operational or administrative role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a recruitment or HR environment is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
