Occupation Description

The Operations Executive in the Asset Management division role is mainly responsible for the effective coordination and administration of daily operational tasks and activities concerning property maintenance, ensuring a high level of operational support is provided to mall management and tenants in a timely manner.

• El Sheikh Zayed and New Alamein, providing access to opportunities in both areas.

Job Scope

• Ensure operational guidelines are implemented and operational standards are in place through service provider’s management and tenant collaboration.
• Coordinate with all related departments and resolve issues related to mall defects, rectification work, fire & safety, security, maintenance, cleaning, and any other issues that affect the property operations.
• Assist the Operations Manager in preparing and managing the operations budget and provide ways to reduce operating expenses.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with mall tenants, address their concerns, and ensure compliance with the property operating manual and all government regulations.
• Assist tenants in preparing all the related documents to provide their operating licenses.
• Maintain accurate records of all relevant admin work, operation reports, and all needed paperwork.
• Follow up with RDD and finance to ensure units open in a timely manner and with dues settled.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and assist in preparing monthly and annual operations reports.
• Coordinate and manage mall events with the marketing department and store promotions with tenants.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure standards are maintained throughout the mall.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both tenants and shoppers.
• Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures.

Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience, previous experience in real estate is a must.
• Proven experience in retail, mixed-use, or mall operations.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.
• Familiarity with Egyptian real estate laws and regulations.
