Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire execution process for corporate clients for the stay requests pertaining to hotels/apartments across the globe.
  • Will be the first point of contact for queries and booking requests of esteemed corporate clients across both online (website/chats) and offline platforms (telephone calls).
  • Connect with various suppliers (Outbound Activity) through emails and calls, as per the booking requests received from the client, and submit relevant quotes to the client for the stay.
  • Compare various offers and rates from suppliers and get the best deals for the guests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments at WWSTAY (eg, finance team) to ensure there is no issue with payments related to bookings.
  • Contact the property booked and ensure all booking details are updated and recorded prior to guest check-in during 24 hr and 04 hr outbound calls.

Requirements

  • End Guest Handling through Booking process (Assist / Co-ordinate / Convince / Close).
  • Excellent English communication (Verbal & and Written).
  • Good convincing skills.
  • Internet savvy and Explorer.
  • Basic to Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Basic to Intermediate skills with numbers/ calculations.
  • Evaluate and control markups.
