Position: Operations Executive

Reports To: General Manager
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staff management, customer experience, and overall success of the pickleball facility. This role ensures smooth facility operations, exceptional customer service, and the growth of programs while maintaining a fun, welcoming environment for players of all skill levels.
● Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality of courts and amenities.
● Schedule and coordinate court reservations, tournaments, leagues, and events.
● Ensure compliance with safety protocols and facility policies.
● Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, equipment, and merchandise.
● Work with vendors and maintenance staff for necessary repairs and improvements.
Customer Service & Membership Management:
● Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
● Develop and implement programs to engage new and existing members.
● Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve services.
Staff Management & Development:
● Supervise staff, including coaches and maintenance workers.
● Create work schedules to ensure proper coverage for operations and events.
● Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.
Programming & Events:
● Plan, promote, and execute pickleball leagues, tournaments, clinics, and special events.
● Develop partnerships with educational institutions, housing complexes and businesses to grow participation.
● Work with coaches and instructors to enhance training programs.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
● Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and work towards revenue goals.
● Handle facility registrations, billing, and point-of-sale transactions
● Generate reports on attendance, revenue, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
● 1 year experience in a similar role. Fresher’s can apply
● Knowledge of pickleball rules and culture is a plus.
● Strong leadership and customer service skills.
● Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and basic financial management.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
● Salary range INR 20,000-25,000 monthly, based on experience
