Brief

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, manage cash reconciliation, inventory, and attendance tracking. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, software knowledge, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Manage stocks, GRN (Goods Received Notes), and purchase orders. Maintain accurate records and status updates.
• Monitor and track attendance of promoters, BDEs (Business Development Executives), and other staff members.
• Proficiently use software applications such as Petpooja, ERP, and POS machines.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare incentives for staff members based on performance and company policies.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS machine issues promptly.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for delivery and GRN completion
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply chain / Logistics
• 3-4 years of experience in operations management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
