Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Excellence Manager to drive operational improvements across our core verticals. This role will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management as well as motivation to go on fields and get first-hand experience to identify opportunities for improvement.

(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve overall performance and reduce delivery times.
  • Identify and implement best practices across all operational processes.
  • Analyze data to uncover operational inefficiencies and develop actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Supply teams to align on operational priorities and execute cross-collaborative projects.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in food tech or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of leading operational improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
