Your opportunity
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability in making relevant processes smooth and client focused.
- Support the Distribution oversight process including the relationship with the appointed third-party vendor that assists with the activity.
- Support operations oversight activities including in relation to third-party administrators.
- Involvement in the assessment and due diligence process for distributors and intermediaries, liaising with other teams as appropriate.
- Support the preparation of necessary papers in relation to higher risk distributors / intermediaries for approval by senior management.
- Subjective assessment of KYC/KYD files (completeness of documentation on file, analysis of the documentation).
- Answering day to day KYD/Distribution oversight issues and queries.
- Assisting with Due Diligence calls to obtain required information and to explain the regulatory obligations as well as facilitate client onboarding.
- Providing support to the team in relation to distribution oversight activities, approval of sub-distributors appointments, review of KPIs, etc.
- Provide support for the preparation of reports for the Conducting Officers and relevant Boards in relation to distribution and operation oversight.
- Provide support with distribution and operations oversight related projects.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and business changes.

Must have skills
- Good working knowledge of investment funds and products, ideally with a previous exposure to AML/KYC requirements or to a UCITS TA or distribution oversight environment
- Good understanding of the regulatory framework governing Luxembourg funds and Management Companies, including relevant CSSF Circulars
- Knowledge of key legislation required for effective distribution oversight and AML compliance
- Good IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent written and spoken English required; other European languages an advantage

- Ability to work closely and add value within teams at both local and Group level
- Good business awareness and ability to offer advice and provide solutions within the business context
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
