We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to help shape the future of Mr & Mrs Smith. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring strategic alignment across the business, and scaling our operations to support long-term growth. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Smith Operating Leadership Team (SOLT), you’ll be a unifying force across departments—ensuring strategies are joined up, delivery is seamless, and the right infrastructure is in place for teams to thrive. You will be a trusted operational partner to the CEO, helping to translate the strategic vision into focused execution, and providing clarity, calm and challenge where needed. You’ll work hand-in-hand with leaders across the business, championing collaboration, empowering teams, and fostering a culture rooted in agility, customer focus, and purpose.
