Description
We’re seeking an experienced, highly self-sufficient Customer Support Specialist take full ownership of our high-volume install pipeline operations. This individual will be the go-to point person for customer inquiries, job scheduling, CRM management, and ensuring timely installations. With a growing backlog and a need for operational cleanup, this is an opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, red-light situations and enjoys being fully in control of a process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a very high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries related to installations.
- Independently handle the install pipeline—from scheduling and CRM updates to closing and payment collection.
- Organize and coordinate installation schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Review pending installations to confirm product availability and readiness of labor workbooks.
- Assign crews based on skillsets and project requirements, maintaining clear communication.
- Maintain and update CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to track customer data, job progress, and documentation.
- Communicate ETAs and order statuses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Manage and submit completed job paperwork and payments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Proactively address and resolve backlog issues, bringing organization and clarity to the install process.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and other CRM platforms.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions confidently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
