  • Communicate with tenants and service providers professionally and reliably
  • Process and record invoices, organize receipts, assist with expense tracking, and support light bookkeeping tasks
  • Work directly with management to develop and refine internal systems for property operations, accounting coordination, and workflow management
  • Support reporting and documentation requirements with structured, up-to-date summaries and updates
  • Ensure all tenant, vendor, and compliance documentation is current and accessible

  • Prior experience in office coordination, property operations, or financial administration is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort using cloud-based task or document management systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Based in or near Austin, TX, with availability to travel to properties if needed

  • Contract-based position with flexible scheduling
  • Estimated 5–10 hours of work per week (scope may evolve based on performance and company needs)
