Summary

The Industry Demand Generation and Client Success Operations PMO team is responsible for managing programs that drive several key initiative areas with the greatest focus today on reduction in outstanding accounts receivable and driving client success across multiple lines of business. The Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of operational activities all focused on helping Oracle to reduce AR and grow SaaS revenues. This role will regularly interact with internal stakeholders and existing external customers to facilitate collection activities, collaborate to drive successful outcomes, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating positive customer experiences, be able to get many different things done quickly, exhibit professionalism in all engagements, be able to successfully build trust and confidence with stakeholders and customers, and have proven ability to successfully resolve complex business challenges. They will exhibit tenacity, have skill in navigating complex situations, be self-motivated to succeed, and can work independently. Direct experience with successfully managing customer engagements and influencing payments on aging AR is required. The role is highly collaborative and will include partnering with contacts in multiple organizations and lines of business, as well as ongoing engagement with our leadership team and Client Success community. This role has a requirement for in Oracle office work five days per week for the onboarding period and then three days per week after the onboarding period is completed.
