Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Executive Assistant to the President, managing daily schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Optimize the President’s time by prioritizing tasks and streamlining processes.
  • Prepare and organize meeting agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in drafting memos, presentation materials, and other documentation.
  • Work closely with the full team to assist with operational needs, scheduling, and strategic planning.
  • Provide support in writing, editing and preparing various communication materials.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office.
