Principle Duties The Financial Operations Division is looking for a Seasonal mail room clerk to perform the following duties: extract and sort incoming mail lift up to 36 pound mail trays frequently Starting salary is $13.00/hour The Financial Operations Division is looking for a Seasonal data entry clerk to perform the following duties: key from image of tax returns verify or correct data lifted information Starting salary is $13.00/hour Hours Scheduled hours for the position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week: Mail room clerk - 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Data entry clerk - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. These positions does not include benefits. Supplemental Information Working Conditions Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc. Physical Requirements Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work. Other Requirements Personal tax filings and vehicle registrations must be current and complete. A conditional offer of employment will be made pending a satisfactory completion of a background investigation. Must be physically able to lift up to 36 pounds.
