The candidate will be part of a robust team we are assembling to achieve the objectives of a complex, multi-year engagement. To accomplish this, we are seeking individuals who possess operations expertise in at least 1 of the following areas: * Client Onboarding * Client Reporting * Portfolio Services * Pricing & Valuation Responsibilities * Financial & Investment Operations Expertise: Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income products, transfer agency, investment operations, mutual funds trades, risk management, reconciliations, and settlements. * Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Omnibus Sub-Accounting, data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint), workflow automation/Gen AI, data warehousing, and data modeling. * Communication & Leadership: Strong client service focus, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to resolve issues efficiently in high-pressure environments. * Business Judgment & Execution: Professionalism in decision-making, productivity, and performance driven approach Eligibility Requirements * 2-5 years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, processes, and client management. * Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive insights from data. * Excellent management and communication skills, both written and oral; comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels * Team player with an adaptable approach to work, and a motivated self-starter * Familiarity with Blackrock's Aladdin system, Calypso or similar investment systems is a plus In the US, the target base salary for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
