Summary

eClerx is seeking highly skilled operations associates to support one of our premier clients, a leading global financial institution.

The Candidate Will Be Part Of a Robust Team We Are Assembling To Achieve The Objectives Of a Complex, Multi-year Engagement. To Accomplish This, We Are Seeking Individuals Who Possess Operations Expertise In At Least 1 Of The Following Areas

• Client Onboarding
• Client Reporting
• Portfolio Services
• Pricing & Valuation
  
  

Responsibilities

• Financial & Investment Operations Expertise: Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income products, transfer agency, investment operations, mutual funds trades, risk management, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Omnibus Sub-Accounting, data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint), workflow automation/Gen AI, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong client service focus, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to resolve issues efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Business Judgment & Execution: Professionalism in decision-making, productivity, and performance driven approach
  
  

Eligibility Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, processes, and client management.
• Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive insights from data.
• Excellent management and communication skills, both written and oral; comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• Team player with an adaptable approach to work, and a motivated self-starter
• Familiarity with Blackrock’s Aladdin system, Calypso or similar investment systems is a plus
  
  

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
