Salary

$60,000/annually plus performance bonus.

Role Description

This is a full-time (W2) role for a Associate, Leasing at QUASAR in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Associate, Leasing will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, performing showings, lease administration and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

This is an entry-level role. The type of individual who would succeed in this role is one who is naturally curious, a problem solver, a go-getter, and has a desire to grow within the real estate industry.

This role will require a real estate license. You must be licensed in DC and MD by your start date.
