About the Role:

As an Operations Associate Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing wondder’s daily operations, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities from logistical coordination to maintaining administrative order. Based in Berlin, Germany, this position requires a proactive and hands-on presence in the office. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, ensuring our training are delivered successfully to clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks of various nature are executed efficiently to make sure our training are delivered successfully.
• Support the development, implementation, and optimization of operational processes.
• Contribute to special projects, pilots, or process improvement initiatives as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and team activities.

Qualifications:

• You are based in Berlin.
• You are proficient in English.
• You are pursuing a degree in Business or a related subject, demonstrating a keen interest in operational dynamics.
• You possess a good knowledge of Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• You are proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• You speak German.
• You have experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana).
• You have previous internship experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
