Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Singapore brand initiatives and operational activities. This role involves tracking and reporting sales data, coordinating with external partners such as suppliers, and assisting in the integration of company resources to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze sales data to generate regular reports for management review.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
• Assist in managing relationships with vendors, including contract management and performance evaluation.
• Support brand development activities by coordinating marketing materials and events.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve communication.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and assist in process documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks related to operations, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and supply chain processes is an advantage.recooty.com

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
