Summary

Operations Assistant – ePension (12-Month Full-time Contract)

Location: Onsite, Kuala Lumpur (Menara AIA Sentral)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (Full Day)
  • Saturday (Half Day)
  • Must be willing to work on Malaysia public holidays (follow Hong Kong public holiday calendar)
  • Shift arrangement and occasional OT may be required


About Our Client

Our client is a leading digital banking and wealth management platform with a strong presence across Asia and the UK. With operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, and the UK, they offer a broad range of investment and financial technology services to financial institutions, advisors, and investors. The Malaysian office also serves as their global tech and operations hub, focusing on infrastructure, automation, and back-office support for pension and wealth management services worldwide.

Currently, they are supporting a long-term Hong Kong-based pension fund project and are rapidly expanding their Malaysia operations team to meet project demands.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to assigned department.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries via email.
  • Support preparation and dissemination of reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Able to commit for at least 12 months for this contract role.
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree Holder or above.
  • This position requires 100% work in office.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self- motivated, detailed – oriented and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS PowerPoints & Excel & Word).
  • Fresh graduates or candidate with less experience with demonstrated ability and interest in the position are welcome to apply.
  • Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.
  • 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).
  • Able to work on shift arrangement.


Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary:
  • Operations Assistant: RM 2,500+ (SPM/Higher Diploma, no experience)
  • Annual Leave: 21 days
