Summary

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Simply O3 is seeking its next onsite operations assistant. We supply ozone equipment for professionals and consumers. We focus on personal development as well as business development. We are a close knit team excited to bring in new people. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Packaging

  • Mix and prepare oil-based products following precise formulas and safety protocols
  • Bottle products into appropriate containers with accuracy and consistency
  • Label products according to brand guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all stages of production
  • Track and report inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals


Assembly

  • Assemble various products and kits according to established guidelines and specifications
  • Combine finished goods and components to create complete product kits for shipment
  • Add small parts or accessories to base products, ensuring proper fit and function
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and packaging


Cleanliness and Organization 

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in all assigned areas, including assembly, packaging, and testing stations
  • Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules for shared spaces
  • Take ownership of cleanliness in your work zone and contribute to the overall organization of the facility
  • Assist in keeping common areas clean. Including but not limited to the shipping room, hallway, break area, kitchen, garage. 


Quality Control 

  • Perform quality control testing on ozone generators to ensure functionality and performance
  • Inspect incoming and assembled units for defects, wear, or nonconformance with specifications
  • Identify and document any product issues or inconsistencies
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor defects or performance issues 


SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shipping

  • Assist with packaging products accurately and securely according to order specifications
  • Ensure all items in each order are included, correctly labeled, and properly protected for transit
  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation using internal systems and carrier platforms


Receiving 

  • Receive and unpack incoming inventory shipments in a timely and organized manner
  • Verify shipment contents against packing slips or purchase orders for accuracy
  • Inspect incoming items for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues promptly


Requirements & Employment Details 

  • Part-time, On-site 20-30 hours/week, W2 Employment 
  • Office hours, 7AM - 4PM M-F.
  • Base hourly wage, $18/hr 
  • PTO - 90 hours per year (worth three full weeks of part time)
  • Must be very detail oriented, clean, collaborative, and thorough 
  • Must have reliable transportation
