$42,000 - $52,000/Annually ***Salary range is dependent on experience***

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and highly organized professional to function as our Operations Assistant (Entry Level). These positions require critical thinking, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidates will be ready to provide service at a moment’s notice, stay calm under pressure, and manage multiple projects fluidly. Relationship building and schedule management will be a priority and excellent communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product orders in the ERP system and track order deliveries
  • Accommodate any order changes or cancellations
  • Coordinate with customers and communicate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide proactive status updates to customers, accommodate requests, and follow up on inquiries
  • Coordinate with freight forwarding agencies and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries
  • Monitor inventory volume as well as timeframes for reordering products
  • Submit allocations to the appropriate departments
  • Responsible for timely billing, processing /tracking purchase orders, and maintaining inventory reports
  • Work closely with departments such as credit, operations, and logistics to coordinate customer needs
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in customer service; internship experience or retail/service industry experience will be considered
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Comfortable with basic math skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Team player, passionate in providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively deal with a wide array of people
