Ideal Profile

This junior-level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into B2B operations. The Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting our operations team, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth performance of our website and platform. You should have sharp technical skills, with experience managing content in a CMS backend or other SaaS backends. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Shopify & Backend Admin

• Manage and update product listings on our Shopify-based B2B storefronts
• Set up and manage new customers accounts on the backend to the custom platform
• Check and maintain accurate inventory levels and sync across warehouses daily
• Coordinate and optimize content to keep things fresh and functional

Logistics & Operations Support

• Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules for B2B orders
• Liaise with the broader operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries
• Monitor shipments and help troubleshoot delivery issues
• Keep internal records up to date

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a support function at a SaaS company or digital platform
• Experience with Shopify (or a strong interest in learning it fast)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in managing backend data on CMS or E-commerce tools
• Solid organization and administrative skills
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in logistics or e-commerce before
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role is PHP 20,000-25,000. You will also receive bonuses that are tied to your performance and growth in this role
