Your Mission πŸš€ You'll be at the heart of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly, our team stays productive, and our culture thrives while coordinating various events and initiatives to enhance our brand presence.


What You'll Do:

  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the office is organized and fully stocked with supplies.
  • Employee Support: Be the go-to person for all employee needs – from ordering equipment to creating an enjoyable workspace.
  • Event Management: Organize company hackathons, workshops, and speaking engagements to boost team engagement and brand visibility.
  • Brand Promotion: Support marketing initiatives through events coordination and community outreach.
  • Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers (equipment, snacks, office supplies).
  • Culture & Team Building: Organize team activities and fun days to build a strong team culture.
  • Office Environment: Help us create an inspiring and comfortable office environment – think about aesthetics, functionality, and vibe.
  • Administrative Support: Support leadership with scheduling, logistics, and back-office tasks.

  • Event Planning Experience: Previous experience coordinating professional events is a plus.
