Operations & Analytics (Intern) will have a chance to participate in our day-to-day operations, such as performing qualitative and quantitative analysis on customers behavior, optimizing operational flow to help us onboard new clients.

職責 / Job Responsibilities

• Optimize internal operational procedures
• Participate in the development process of our data analytics platform
• Participate in all stages of data life cycle
• Automate all manual procedures that can be automated, by using VBA/Google Apps Script macros
• Any other ad-hoc tasks related to operations and analytics

資歷 / Job Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Business Intelligence / Operations Management / Statistics / Information Systems / Computer Science or Equivalent
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet formula
• Experience and knowledge in the following skills will be an advantage (not mandatory):
• VBA, Google Apps Script, MySQL or any other similar RDBMS
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written/spoken Chinese and English
• Ability to work under fast-paced environment
• A good team player, independent, responsible, and has strong desire to learn and understand new technologies
