  • Serve as a single contracting vehicle for community-based providers to enroll in Medi-Cal managed care plan networks.
  • Reduce administrative burden for providers so they can focus on serving clients.
  • Drive improved coordination between providers across multiple systems through technology infrastructure, training, and administrative practice support.

Full Circle Health Network is closely affiliated with the CA Alliance of Child and Family Services, under the governance of the California Alliance Board of Directors. The Network has an advisory board made up of subject matter experts and participants of the network.


Position Overview:

The operations analyst will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of Full Circle Health Network to drive operational excellence and process improvement. This includes supporting the implementations of new health plans, onboarding providers, and standard operations. This position reports into the Director of Operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports day to day operations by analyzing, data, creating documentation, and developing trainings.
  • Provides extensive project management support of managed care plan implementations
  • Attends and collects information from managed care plan trainings and meetings to ensure that FCHN is operationally aligned
  • Leads process improvement activities
  • Conducts regular review of operational policies and collects updates from key stakeholders
  • Works closely with the Quality Team to ensure operational processes and procedures are aligned with Quality’s requirements
  • Supports with data entry projects as needed
  • Supports and trains providers through the Interoperability process
  • Supports with the collection and presentation of department-level data for meetings and presentations
  • Escalates and resolves provider inquiries as needed
  • Performs other responsibilities, as assigned, to support specific organizational needs. 


What you'll need:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.


Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years operations experience at health plans or provider organizations.


Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to leverage complex information systems to identify and resolve operational problems
  • Ability to utilize data to identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent data analytic skills


Attributes:

  • Good judgment and ability to act decisively and escalate issues at the right time
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Comfort with presenting to executive leadership internally and to FCHN’s external partners
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities


Additional Requirements:

  • This is a remote role; however, residency in California is required.
