Position Summary

We’re looking for two Operations Analysts to join our Business Intelligence and Application Support team. These roles are crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of our internal reporting and analytics solutions, primarily built using Business Objects (BO), SQL, Power BI, and Squirrel.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for business intelligence products and dashboards built in Squirrel, Business Objects (BO), and Power BI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports, data sources, queries, and dashboards.
  • Manage user questions, service requests, and small enhancement requests related to reporting tools and data products.
  • Monitor performance and data integrity across systems; proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to understand and document recurring issues or feature enhancements.
  • Learn and eventually contribute to building new analytics applications and reporting products.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar Analyst or BI Support role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dive deep into data and technical issues
  • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal – to handle business stakeholder interactions
  • Attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
  • Exposure to Squirrel or willingness to learn it
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development/support environment

Working Conditions:

  • Nightshift (9pm-6am or 10pm-7am)
  • 2-3 months onsite training (WFH Afterwards)
  • Fixed Weekends Off
