Overview:
The Agency Operations Administrator manages a variety of projects within the Region to provide standardization and efficiencies to all field agency operations teams.

What You'll Do:
Manage commission agreements in EPIC
Sales contest training and compliance
Manage global reassignments
Manage Personal Lines and SBU questionnaire for the region
Point person for system security for the region
Manager Total CSR and run usage reports
Manage the updating of EPIC links
Manager IVANS Account Management
Run and manager all system reporting as directed
Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding within EPIC
Manage monthly New Business Log and provide log report for meeting.
Manage monthly Dynamic CRM data entry and provide reports for as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.

What You'll Need:
Associate's degree and 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations and effectively present and answer questions.
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Contract Management Systems.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Diligence and attention to detail.
