Operations Administrator The Ascendancy Group's Mission: To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions. Overview: As a TAG Operations Administrator, you will work closely with all departments at The Ascendancy Group to adequately plan and execute a program. The Operations Administrator provides the highest quality of customer support as this position works directly with senior level TAG employees and USG representatives. Security Requirement: * The ability to obtain and maintain a US Government SECRET security clearance is required. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: * Provide administrative support for Programs and Operations to include: * Research and obtain costing for procurements to include facilities, vessels, etc. * Create Purchase Orders * Work with IT to perform quality control of technical devices (phones, laptops, etc. for programs. * Coordinate program logistics. * Lead efforts to produce an After-Action Report (AAR) by capturing feedback from all supporting personnel and internal staff. * Maintenance and upkeep of classroom and Facility spaces * Assist with Training and Exercise related trackers and matrices. Preferred Requirements: * Knowledge and understanding of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community functions and terminology is not a requirement, but beneficial. * Patience, grit, and the ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume work environment. * Ability to work on a team and support team members. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Knowledge of the FAR and DFARS is not required, but beneficial. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to make ethically and morally sound decisions. * Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
