Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to support day-to-day business functions and act as the right hand to the Operations lead. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency across sales processes, customer support, and funding workflows. The ideal candidate will be a dependable problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist with resolving sales-related issues and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead to close.
Change Orders: Manage and process change orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Funding Escalations: Handle escalated customer cases and funding-related issues, including clawbacks and customer concerns.
NTP Submission: Submit projects for Notice to Proceed (NTP) through platforms such as Enfin and GoodLeap.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure alignment and resolution of operational issues.
Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and ensure timely follow-up on open tasks.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies and reduce delays in the operations pipeline.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with platforms such as Enfin and GoodLeap (preferred but not required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly dependable.
