We are seeking an Operational Studies Project Manager to lead human studies with a focus on strategic recruitment and engagement, with partners to support development and validation of new health sensors and algorithms. Operational Studies Project Managers are responsible for leading the study execution, and communicating with internal and external teams/partners on study milestones and schedule. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, is flexible, and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes. The Operational Studies PM will interact with all engineering design teams, clinical, data analysis, legal, business development, and other project management teams. Having exposure and familiarity with the changing dynamics of research and development is highly desired. Key responsibilities include: * Establish and maintain project schedules, prioritize issues and track the details as well as be in touch with the big picture * Collect high quality data and ensure study compliance to domestic / international regulations * Lead all aspects of partnership management including building and maintaining partner relationship, raising critical issue as needed, developing strategies and tactics to drive substantive and measurable change through innovative solutions, as well as leading quarterly partner performance reviews * Set-up and handle study budgets * Report and present to multi-functional teams and senior leadership on project status and schedules This is a site-based role.
