PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Provides business related support for the operations process with the goal to ensure catalog quality for correct steering of business and to provide supervisor information and operational analysis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Analysis Vendor: Costs and Volumes

• Monitor and recovery costs

• Adhoc Operation Analysis

• Maintain base routes and vendor tariffs

• Support Procurement process with vendor data and volumes/ turnover stats for terminal, feeder and inland.

• Upload Contracts and Rate Agreements for all Area Vendors

• Negotiate and renew vendor rates

• Maintains Vendors Rebate files

• Maintains container supply costs and locations surplus/demand status

• Data extract on monthly basis

QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

3y or more experience in BA or OPS functions.

Strong analytical skills and mathematic proficiency in statistical analysis

Experience in analytical tools

Understanding of network, business models, and pricing / RM methodologies.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Knowledge of Spanish will be appreciated
