Role Description:

beez-fm is seeking a talented PLC Programmer to join our innovative team. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining PLC systems used in HVAC automated processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for creating efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PLC programs for automation systems
• Create and modify control system schematics and documentation.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of PLC programs.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers
• Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and support of PLC systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members.
• Maintain and update existing PLC programs and documentation.
• Participate in project planning and provide input on system design and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC programming and automation.
• Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
• Experience with PLC platform such as Sauter, Siemens, Schneider Electric.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
