Responsibilities:
Create, update, and maintain sales documents, including contracts, proposals.
Ensure all documents comply with company standards and are aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all sales documentation.
Develop and refine processes for document creation, approval, and distribution.
Coordinate with sales team members to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of documents.
Implement and oversee version control protocols to manage document revisions and updates.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Marketing) to facilitate document-related processes.
Communicate updates and changes to documents and processes to relevant stakeholders.
Utilize document management systems and sales tools to streamline document-related tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document management systems.
Propose and implement improvements to document management tools and processes.
Generate reports on document status, completion rates, and other key metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in document management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any majors
Min. 7-10 years of experience in document management, sales operations, or a similar role.
Familiarity with sales processes and documentation requirements.
Experience with document management systems and SAP.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and document management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
