Job Description
* Correspondence with the clients via email or by phone and respond their query about the report or anything else related with their orders using a proper English or Indonesian language
* Understand and monitor the status of the to do each Business Information Report per day.
* Communicate all constraints, update, and confirmation of the to do Report from Data Analysts to the clients.
* Request confirmation additional data (if any) from the Data Analyst to Clients, or vice versa
* Able to meet the daily productivity target: the minimum number of administration check report is 20 reports or 400 reports per month. It's depended on condition of the daily order from the clients.
* As customer service representative: upselling products and/or services to the clients, engage the clients and maintain client's satisfaction
