This position is intended for a junior-level candidate with an engineering background who will manage task coordination, maintain project action registers, and facilitate across teams’ communication. This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing regular project status update and data summaries.
• Maintain and update the project action register and follow up with responsible owners to ensure timely task completion.
• Track material availability and delivery status for samples and NPI builds.
• Collect and consolidate trial build data from engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Help identify project risks and escalate issues that may impact timelines or deliverables. Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, mechanical, electronics, optics, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience:
• Internship or 0–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking and reporting. o Basic understanding of product manufacturing or development processes is preferred.
• Communication Skills: o Good communication skills and a willingness to learn cross-functional collaboration. o Ability to read and write in English; spoken English proficiency is a plus.
