Manages Zhongshan operation team to ensure that operational processes and procedures maximize productivity and minimize risks. Develops and implements operational policies and procedures as well as ensures compliance with these procedures. Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions.

About The Job

  • Management production, maintenance, process engineering, Lean and EHS team to achieve KPIs:
    • Improve the equipment, process method and production management to launch Zero injury;
    • Lead operation team continue improve the quality to satisfy customers with systematic approach;
    • Lead engineering team to implement and integrate industrial system to set up automation manufacturing lines for Circuit Breakers and Switches;
    • Using lean thinking and tools to improve the delivery in a competitive level;
    • Cost reduction to win more business opportunities and increase the margin;

  • Support NPD team to design more new products to improve the market leader position
  • Implement the Lean manufacturing thoughts/tools to reduce/eliminate the wastes, to embrace Lean and chase the perfection;
  • Develop operation team to increase the competencies to support the business development and increasing;
  • Managing EHS programs and proactively driving continuous improvement;


About You

  • At least 10 years experiences in management with strong leadership;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Familiar with industrial IoT implementation and integration;
  • Strong people development capability and knowledge;
  • Understanding quality management system well;
  • Project management skills and experience;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure;
  • Be good at English both Oral and writing /Office software;
  • Team working skills.
