You will guide the operation team to achieve safety, Quality, Delivery and cost, inventory target of company, optimiza all process from order to delivery to improve customer satisfaction, support the mission of company
You will have flow team of OIS and Dryer, supply chain team and P&P team, QC team reporting to you.
Job description Operational responsibilities: Be an ambassador for safety first initiatives to guarantee the full implementation of QSHE & energy circles, and empower initiatives to create a safe, healthy and environmental friendly work place. You will be responsible for the product and process quality You will be responsible for Lead times and delivery reliability You will be responsible for the production cost and efficiency. Therefor you will be responsible of the asset management of the production
You will be responsible for the production capacity of the production lines: You will be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of all the production assets You will be responsible for the efficient and transparent communication with all customer centers regarding machine deliveries You will be responsible to create clear and transparent status reporting to both the production lines and the management. You will create a pro-active 5S environment and culture. You will be responsible for the sustainable results of operation. You will be responsible for an active quality improvement process in response to customer complaints and to build up a pro-active poka yoke quality processes Work together with Ctp team and new product development team to introduce new product in production line You will be responsible for Plant&Property team relate to maintenance and construction project. Healthy and transparent inventory management to keep “just right” inventory level within company and in vendor side.

Knowledge/Educational requirements Strong organization/communication skills. ERP system knowledge (preferably BPCS) Quality awareness Bachelor’s degree in technical Engineering. Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written) Familiar with QSHE requirements: control department’s running risks, familiar with energy usage in manufacture process.
