Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OPD Manager, located in Siliguri. The OPD Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient department, ensuring efficient patient flow and patient satisfaction. This role involves managing staff, scheduling, coordination with doctors, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The OPD Manager will also address patient inquiries and complaints, implement and monitor quality assurance procedures, and participate in staff training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare management and patient care coordination
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in an outpatient department is preferred
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
