You will support the installation and ramp up of our precision equipment and play in important role towards sustaining installed equipment at highest uptimes and best performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of customer requirements.
Contribute process engineering expertise to the onsite team for all tasks required throughout the various stages of the project.
Verify equipment operation and equipment performance with respect to the reference baseline
Acceptance testing of newly installed equipment.
Conduct process training with EVG service staff and customer.
Data collection and data interpretation for reporting and to assist troubleshooting.
Develop, optimize and document new processes.
Create and maintain a high-quality documentation for all data relevant for the project.
Present and report technical and other information internally and to customer.
Lead the definition and execution of plans for deviation analysis and resolution with a focus on “process results out of spec” situations.
Author documentation as required.
Apply statistical methodologies and tools to gathered data to assist decision making.
Develop and report equipment and other improvement ideas and suggestions internally and to the customer.
Requirements:
Technical education (minimum BSc)
Good command of English verbally and in writing
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information
Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in a production environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency with MS Office software
Proficiency in applying statistical methods
Driver’s license class B (passenger cars)
Sense of responsibility
Ability to work in cleanrooms
Ability to travel solo on long distance trips for an extended period of time
Candidates must be willing to travel overseas for short-term assignments ranging from 1 year to up to 2 years, depending on project requirements.
