Job Description Infosys is seeking an Onsite Desk Side Support Engineer. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts. Required Qualifications: * Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Orlando, FL, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US. * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. * At least 6 months of Information Technology experience. * At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment, configuration, and management. * Hands on Experience End to End Desktop/Laptop life cycle management. * Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. * Microsoft Client OS (Win7,8,10,11), Active Directory & it's services, DHCP, DNS. * Print and File share services, Hardware Break-fix. * Smart Hand Support in Network & Server devices (Basic), Patch Management, Windows Client Administration. * Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure. * Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance. * All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications: * Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment. * Have proven track record of working with technologies from Microsoft SCCM, VMWare Horizon, Intune etc. * If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors. * Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position. * Good Communication and Analytical skills. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
