Role Summary:

The Online Content Editor role is to support multiple stakeholders, by managing the content of the ecommerce websites and applications of our brands.


Job Description:

1. Assist in planning, organizing, and managing online content for multiple brands.

2. Help ensure all content aligns with each brand's guidelines and objectives.

3. Support managing and creating backup solutions for static content to ensure availability and accessibility.

4. Contribute to the development of unique customer experiences for major brand campaigns through innovative landing pages.

5. Assist in overseeing the localization of website and app content in Arabic for the MENA region. 6. Help identify and use enhancements in CMS tools to boost team efficiency and productivity.

7. Actively assist in managing onboarding projects for new content initiatives.

8. Utilize data-driven approaches to support continual improvement and learning in content strategies.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content integration with broader marketing and brand strategies.

10. Assist in monitoring content performance metrics to help optimize user engagement and conversion rates.


Functional/ Technical Competencies


· Execute marketing campaigns successfully for all E-Commerce websites

· Utilize analytics tools and platforms to gather insights, measure campaign performance, and track key metrics such as Click Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Page Views, and Bounce Rate · Generate regular reports to provide visibility into growth performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization


Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field


Experience:

· 2+ years of Content Management Experience, preferably in an E-Commerce or Digital Marketing Setting

· Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field · Proven experience in managing one or many e-commerce websites & apps

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce technologies, and industry best practices · Demonstrated ability to develop and execute e-commerce strategies that drive user engagement · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions

· Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels

· Prior experience in the retail industry or a similar consumer-focused industry is highly desirable


Language Skills:

• Arabic language knowledge would be a huge plus
