Job Description: The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and ongoing management of UPS Digital's brand architecture, naming conventions, and go-to-market strategies. This role ensures consistent, strategic brand representation across all internal and external touchpoints to enhance brand equity, market impact, and customer alignment. This individual collaborates cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and executive teams to build and execute branding strategies that align with business goals and support revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Brand Architecture & Naming Strategy: * Lead development of scalable, intuitive brand architecture across business units. * Manage naming strategy for new products, services, and solutions. * Ensure consistency and clarity in how offerings are positioned and understood internally and externally. * Go-To-Market Strategy: * Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop GTM plans for new brands, new campaigns and product portfolios. * Define strategic messaging and value propositions by audience segment and vertical. * Support launches with aligned brand narratives and positioning frameworks. * Brand Strategy & Stewardship: * Evolve and maintain brand guidelines and toolkits. * Act as a strategic advisor to ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and design across campaigns and materials. * Educate internal stakeholders on brand governance and act as a champion for brand integrity. * Design & Content Oversight: * Oversee development of branded assets to ensure alignment with UPS design principles. * Lead the design & content team with developing new content including video creation. * Work with internal and external creative partners to bring brand strategy to life visually and experientially. * Customer & Competitor Insights: * Conduct competitor and market landscape analyses to inform brand positioning and whitespace opportunities. * Develop and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and persona frameworks that influence messaging and targeting strategies. Qualifications: * At least 5 years of brand management, marketing strategy, or related experience * Experience in go-to-market planning, ideally in B2B environments * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority * Proficiency in analyzing market and customer data to inform brand strategy * Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills Employee Type: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
