We’re seeking a talented and ambitious E-Commerce Design and Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Translate clients' business ideas and brand identities into visually compelling E-Commerce websites.
• Design and build attractive, functional E-Commerce websites for clients using our no-code platform.
• Create custom layouts, color schemes, and visual elements that align with each client's unique needs.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring their vision is accurately reflected in the final design.
• Collaborate with clients to refine designs and implement feedback.
• Provide expert training on how to maintain and update their newly designed websites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
• Stay ahead of E-Commerce and web design trends to apply this new knowledge using the platform.
• Engage with clients effectively to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in the E-Commerce sector
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of E-Commerce design projects
• Proficiency with no-code platforms and understanding of E-Commerce user experience best practices
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to translate client needs into effective design solutions
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through design
• Ability to engage with clients and build strong working relationships
