Summary
Detailed Duties
Assist in documentation for mobile app and website enhancement projects.
Assist in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for mobile app and website enhancement projects.
Monitor, reply to, compile, and analyze user reviews and comments for SMAC PH mobile app (Android and iOS).
Monitor, reply to, and compile production issues of channels (mobile app, website, SMS activation and SMS registration)
Assist in other ad hoc tasks as needed during development, testing, and requirements gathering of Channels-related projects.
