Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an On Site Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The On Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the site, ensuring that all work is performed according to company standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines. They will coordinate with workers, manage schedules, facilitate communication between different teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project. The On Site Supervisor will also be responsible for reporting progress to management and maintaining accurate records of site activities.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management: Supervisory experience, team building, conflict resolution
• Project Management: Planning, scheduling, time management, resource allocation
• Technical Skills: Understanding of industry-specific tools and machinery, technical troubleshooting
• Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, incident reporting
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal communication
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical thinking, decision-making, situational assessment
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
