Role Description

Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grille is looking for a high-volume full-service General Manager for a future location TBD. The initial role will be situated as an AGM / GMIT at our Harry’s in Lakeland, Florida. Relocation for that future GM position is required. Sales volume experience at $7mm+ in a GM capacity is also required. Compensation will reflect the candidates experience and increase once in the GM role. We are anticipating this location to be a high profile, high volume location potentially in Central Florida, North Florida, or South Georgia.

Qualifications

• Prior high volume Gm experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
