Job Title On-Call Cashier (Applicant Pool)

Job Summary

Receipts various types of payments in person and by telephone and provides information to students.

Job Duties

• Opens mail.
• Receipts tuition payments from students.
• Receipts testing payments.
• Answers phone calls and processes telephone credit card payments from students and vendors.
• Processes gift card requests from students.
• Files paid invoices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Cash handling/balancing experience.
• Customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Salary $15.50/hour

Work Hours Generally, afternoon hours ending at 6 p.m. Some morning hours and weekend hours may be required.
