Context
You will work in the Customer Relationship Management IT team.
The CRM team handles various applications that are used to:
- Route voice and digital customer interactions to the right agent or service through CTI tools.
- Provide an overview of all pending customer requests via the Request Management Tool
- In our CRM platform, manage the customer cases that need to be solved by the back-office staff.
The full flow to support any type of requests coming from any type of communication channel is supported end-to-end in our team.
You will also work with a team composed of different profiles and coming from different countries.
Terms
Several applications like MCSE, CBM, UDT, SKM are used to support the routing flows of every interaction we have with our customer through the media like call, chat, internet, …
You will work gradually on those applications that plays a central role in the architecture.
As an analyst developer, you will be responsible to translate the business requirement into a functional design. From this functional design, you will elaborate the technical solution and ensure the correct technical implementation of the solution.
The methodology used at Proximus is Agile and Scrum. In this context, you will work with a SCRUM master and a Product Owner.
Your profile
- You will work closely with project architects or key users to find a solution based on the requirements of the business.
- You will analyse and assess the impact of functional requirements and provide technical solution.
- You make project estimates and identify the impact on IT application
- You look for creative and simple solutions, that you will share with the team, and provide clear and structured documentation.
Required Competencies
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in an IT-related domain) or equivalent through experience.
- You have good experience with implementing new projects in an IT environment.
- You have knowledge of UML, DevOps and Agile Development (Scrum) principles and methodologies.
- You are optimistic, analytical and assertive, customer- and solution-oriented.
- You value communication and collaboration with others.
- You have a learning attitude
- Good knowledge of English is required (both oral and written). French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
- You must have experience with the technologies listed below or be able to acquire them within a reasonable timeframe.
